Ronarit Kumpuy (Ron)
I am Ron from Surin, a province in southern Isan. Many years ago I started my study in Finance, at Mahidol University International College, and now continuing my graduate study in real estate business. I am also a father of two kids.
During my work in real estate as a real estate consultant, I have come to see it as a long-term career future, and therefore believe that continuous learning in this field is essential for career success. I believe that real estate is a multi disciplinary and life-long study. With this wide range of knowledge, i think that everyone with the same interest should share their thoughts, experience, make it more fun for each other to study about real estate.
This site is created as a space to collect thoughts, observations, and notes about real estate, used as a reference for myself and others who shares the same interest. I hope it will be useful in some way.

Site Selection & Traffic
Traffic is an important factor in site selection, but high traffic alone does not guarantee a good location. A strong site should combine traffic volume, vehicle mix, accessibility, nearby commercial activity, and reasonable land cost. By using traffic data together with field observation, investors can better identify locations with real business potential.
